In 2005, Garrett TeSlaa left a successful career in the music and film industry to pursue a life in public service. Garrett is now an active duty 18-year law enforcement veteran and lieutenant for a sheriff's office in Southern California. Garrett has held assignments in patrol, gang investigations, community relations, internal affairs, and media relations among many others; and, has been involved in numerous critical incidents that have received international media attention.
